Better shelf for the plates

The brief was to design a solution that would help the street vendors and also which help the customers to reduce the fear of transmission from the food vendor’s services
Key Notes : Hygiene and Health, Services which cannot avoid human touch

Aavi is a product which helps to disinfect the serving plates of food vendors using steam

Working 

For every plates there would be one cap to easy holding it while having food and that is act as a clip to the plates and also act as the cap for the device. The holding cap is fixed on the plate’s racks with snipping lock mechanism and there is a projection to hold it easily And pull it out from the shelves. Inclined projection on the holding cap to pull out the plates

Faucet will act as a out let and we will get the boiled water from it that can be useful for the vendors

Traditionally prepared, region specific dishes such as 'puttu' or 'steamed rice cake' of Southern parts of India and 'momos' of North Eastern states also can be prepared using the design feature of the product, increasing the overall feasibility of Aavi.
